About Joe Haysley

Joe Haysley is an award winning Illustrator and Designer in the Louisville, Kentucky area. After graduating from the Columbus College of Art and Design in 1992 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Illustration, Joe started as a designer for a textile company, producing camera ready art for garment printing. From there, he became a designer for a magazine publishing company, creating cover and editorial illustrations for three nationally circulated publications. Joe's talent helped him land the position of Creative Director, with such clients as the Kentucky Derby Festival and the University of Louisville.

In 1996, Joe became the chief designer for the Independent Pilots Association (the pilots who fly for United Parcel Service). He has since been named the IPA's Media Resources Director and his work has earned numerous awards for graphic design and video production.

Joe continues to work as a freelance designer and illustrator creating original designs for such organizations as Gallopalooza, Kentucky Psychiatric Association, Organization of Black Airline Pilots, Coalition of the Homeless, University of Louisville and United Parcel Service. Joe resides in Louisville with his wife, Paula, and their two children.
